In 2021, Airtel Sri Lanka looked to work with the National Institute of Mental Health to create more accessible mental healthcare through their network. This was the product of that: a text hotline for those facing mental health issues to create a conversation towards getting help without the pressure of having to carry out a verbal conversation.
